Coffee and software share no supply chain, no customer and no sales motion. What they share is the standard they are held to: one company, one set of books, one chain of approval, one record of what happened and who authorised it.
That standard is the reason both sit under the same roof, and it is the only thing either business is asked to have in common with the other.
